We will show top 5 Male, Female & Overall scores.
The Overall winner will have the option to name the work out or have it named after themselves & have their newly crowned workout featured on our site & shared on social media.

AMRAP
January's workout of the month is a short & sweet AMRAP.
​
Time - 21 Minutes
Reps - 20
Exercises - 4
​
Complete each exercise for 20 repetitions ( 10 each side for high knees for a easier version) before moving onto the next exercise.
Complete as many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 21 minutes.
Take as much rest as you need.
​
When completed make a note of the rounds achieved, keep going until the end of the month to see if you can improve on your numbers and/or take less rest time.
